TESTIMONIALS

Don't just take my word for it...

"I'm doing so many different zoom classes and Candice's are a cut above. They seem athletic and challenging, but also gentle and spiritual; the perfect combo." Lucinda

"Candice is a brilliant yoga teacher. She works you hard but there is always an easy option for beginners or if you're not feeling up to it on that day. Her class is always slightly different each week so you never get bored and she mixes spirituality with a warm sense of humour which puts everyone at ease. I come out of her class feeling rejuvinated and ready for the week." Amanda

"Candice's online sessions are the physical and mental highlight of my week. I enjoy her approach so much and am inspired by the various readings, quotes and reflections that she introduces into the classes." Mel.

YOGA BIO

I teach vinyasa yoga classes that will make you sweat and think. I have completed over 500hrs of YTT under many different teachers including Erin Pritchard, Jason Crandell, Stewart Gilchrist, Sally Parkes, Naomi Absalom and many more. I am always learning and my greatest teachers are my two young sons.

I love teaching people interested in exercising both their bodies and minds. I think too many yoga teachers take themselves way too seriously. I aim to make my classes fun and soulful. Yoga should be INCLUSIVE. It doesn't matter how inflexible, unfit or unspiritual you are, yoga is for EVERY BODY.
