All classes are on Zoom. If you come to TWO classes a week, you can purchase a pass for £17.

YOGA BIO

I teach vinyasa yoga classes that will make you both sweat and think. I have completed over 500hrs of YTT under many different teachers including Jason Crandell, Stewart Gilchrist, Erin Pritchard, Sally Parkes, Naomi Absalom and many more. I am always learning and my greatest teachers are my two little boys. 

 

Originally from South Africa, I am passionate about travel and would love to host yoga retreats in far flung places once the pandemic is over. 

 

I love teaching people interested in exercising both their bodies and minds. I think too many yoga teachers take themselves way too seriously. I aim to make my classes fun and soulful. Yoga should be INCLUSIVE. I honestly believe it doesn't matter how inflexible, unfit or unspiritual you are, yoga is for EVERY BODY.
