About the Event
This is basically a two-hour love-in to get your body and mind prepared for the silly season – whatever that looks like during a pandemic! In this workshop, we will do an extended pranayama and meditation session to reconnect to our breath and get out of our frazzled pre-Christmas minds. Then we will do a juicy 75-minute yoga flow followed by a blissfully relaxing 15-minute yoga nidra. I’ll be serving some immune-boosting golden milk at the end for you to take home with you in your keep cup. Expect to sleep reeeealllly well that evening.
