Retreat to France

I'm taking expressions of interest for this long weekend retreat in September to the spectacular Domaine de Capies in the South of France. It will be boutique in size - just 10 of us - and we will do lots of yoga, eat lots of baguette, drink rose by the pool, have gorgeous massages, swim in the lake nearby, go hiking, winetasting, kayaking. Laugh, dance, chat, sleep, connect with each other and reconnect with ourselves.

Domaine de Capies is a collection of rustic but beautifully renovated gites, surrounding an old farmhouse with a pool and stunning views. It has a separate barn where we will eat and do yoga. It's fabulously remotre yet just a 30 minute drive from Carcasonne near the Spanish border.
